He understood I was under a time line to sell my house, and he jumped in quickly and we were able to list it within a few days after our initial conversation. His advise re staging the house was astute and with his recommendations, we had a very successful listing. His ability to create the 3D vision of the house was incredible. I also credit him with encouraging the buyer (the first who looked at the house) to make a good offer so that there was not a lot of "back and forth". The house sold above asking, and every party to the closing was extremely happy with Josh. Josh worked with the buyer's agent, and only told me the "behind the scenes" things if they were important, therefore I didn't have the daily worry.
